I read the thread but I do not see the winter settings? Light Blizzard or regular? If Light Blizzard then German stuff not in towns and cities makes sense. Else you have a good push thus far ...

I have the 20th army under Vatutin and 28th under Roko to move.

The 20th will move mid December . The 28th will move in January
