No, the difference in number of units is because I had returned the French FTR2, in the Med, to France,

Remove the 5-4 INF from the selection.

There is a choice. And this is when there are several ports that are the same number of sea areas away. Germany can then steer the ships toward Vichy ports in some cases. Often when the program tells what port is closest there are alternatives allowed.


All ships went to Vichy ports. Game forced them to go to closest port, so they were not allowed to sail Marseilles (except last 2 after ports in Morocco were full).

Correct. In Africa you can choose 3 units, there is also that fighter you can choose.

You chose bomber and INF.

Now one more is needed from MTN, INF div and FTR2.

Indeed. It is only when two, or more, ports are the same number of sea areas away that there is a choice.

French ships at sea or in non French controlled ports have to be rebased into the nearest French controlled port. The Axis decide if there are more ports available to rebase those ships.

The British empire is a menace, and if the were reasonably there would be peace between us. And we have tried to reason with the Soviet empire, but their recent aggression in Manchuria has shown their true colour.

We recently found out that they plot to invade Greece and threaten the Balkan independence. This is also a direct threat on our oil supply in Ploesti. This can not be allowed. They have already crushed the free people in Persia and Iraq. Their terror can not be allowed to continue.

The two evil empires has to be stopped. Free nations unite to stop the beasts. The British, and Soviet, aggressions are a threat to world peace.

Therefore I have ordered my forces to support the Greek government against the British, and Soviet, invaders. The first German forces are already moving into Greece to stop their invasion. Italy has volunteered support in this regard and send forces to Greece as well. The free world will prevail against tyranny!
