Schokolokos -> Impossible to advance in Indochina (12/7/2018 12:46:52 AM) Playing as Axis, Japan declare war at Indochina (Vietnam) early 1940, get huge penalty by USA mobility, country is 100% on Allied side, but I can not step into any area of Indochina with my Japanese Troops. Is this a known bug?

Now I got an additional diplo malus on Russia. allso they surrendered without having 1 unit in their capital, should not France have a lvl 1 corps there maybe?
