Turn 36. Jul/Aug 1945. Allied #1. Weather Summary. Actions. Details are coming to light about the "dirty document" sketched out between Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin at their conference in Yalta just prior to President Roosevelt's death in early April. The document, secret until now and which is still being honored by President Truman, gave the capture of Berlin and conquest of Turkey (including Istanbul), Korea and Japan to the Western Allies. This conquest and capture clause also includes all objectives associated with such to the Western Allies. The Soviets were given the conquest of Bulgaria, Finland, The Baltic States, Persia, Manchuria and the liberation of Vladivostok, as well as all objectives those encompass. To note, the US 4th infantry division who was in position to liberate Vladivostok well ahead of the Soviets was order to stop, turn around and move back south.
