I'm posting this pic to show state of Manhchuria at beginning of JA 41. These are the starting positions for the units that are taking "free" moves to occupy Manchuria. They'll use "free" moves to get back to these positions if possible. Or if they need to start moving to railheads before they get back to these positions then they'll use one of the 5 allowed combined impulse moves to get to a hex that's "reachable" within 1 move from their free move starting spot. I hope this makes sense. I had to go find an old save game to find this pic so I wanted to post it here for reference.

The war is over the victorious Axis high command declares, and encourage peace talks to take over now that Britain, and France, has been beaten.

The British forces in the Dunkirk pocked are encouraged to surrender since they obviously have been abandoned to their fate. Field Marshal von Rundstedt suggests a parley to discuss the terms of the surrender of the British Expeditionary Force.

If so, then no additional Axis air to the West Med. Axis avoid combat, if possible. And if air combat, abort back to the sea area after first air combat round.
