CC3 The Russian Front. It was my first game from Close Combat series and I like it the most.

I can't fail to notice that the two Market-Garden centered games have between the two of them more votes than all the other games put together... Honestly, it does say something about which theater and which system could/should come next...!

Absolutely A Bridge Too Far / Last Stand Arnhem. The wonderful campaign design creates a narrative tension that no game has come close to matching.

CC2 Bridge to Far. By far the best campaign mechanic. SUperb maps and great urban combat. Also infantry that have some resilience compared to what came after. This mean't there where some great firefights.. Going by the vids of this new game it looks like Infantry are very fragile. I hope someone can mod them to CC2 standard.

CC3. Favorite theatre and all the wonderous mods. Never got so much out of game purchase than this one. Was the main incentive to get a PC[:)]

CC III was okay, but marked the beginning of the descent for the series. I don't foresee any kind of resurrection from the little bit I've seen of this new title
