To move this thread to a lighter note, I noticed one of the open pages in his browser was the youtube video of Glen Campbell playing the William Tell Overature.


For any who haven't seen his performance of that music I highly recommend it.

I also get multiple calls a day from scammers of various sorts. The problem is worse than ever. The 'Do Not Call' registry is useless.

This is an example of a respeceted member of the forum posting useless information unrelated to the start of the thread. This is this persons second post on this thread. Now where were we? Oh yeah: the important thing was I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time. They didn't have white onions because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big yellow ones...

I liked the Danish National Orchestra rendition. I would love to see this live; I thought the video well done. :-)

I agree with you in that the "Ecstasy of Gold" is a really swell movie score.
