Yes. It does seem slightly smaller than the old monitor, but the quality of the monitor seems to compensate. Quite legible. Obviously eyes vary, as I well know. The size of text and everything else did not vary with the resolution settings. I would have to measure to see how much, but things in general are a bit smaller on this monitor than the old one. Old one is 24 inches at the standard 1920 x 1080, new one is 31.5 inches with 3840 x 2160. Someone enthusiastic could calculate the areas and pixels, then the ratios of those for each monitor. But to my eye things are a little more tightly packed on the new monitor. In Windows 10 display settings, they recommend 150% scale for icons and other items, but I am using 125% and they are plenty big. I just put them to 100% and they would be fine (and readable) at that setting too. The interface cable is HDMI, and I don't know if Windows 10 is aware of the physical size of the monitor (i.e. 31.5 inches) or merely the resolution and aspect ratio (16 x 9).
