x6ftundx_slith -> pre-registrated hexes in mega-campaign (7/1/2001 5:05:00 AM)

Can we do this or am I just missing it in the setup screen? I looked all over the place and couldn't find where you could pre-registrate the arty? Commando Solo :eek:

These are scenarios you're playing, so the arty was bought and hexes pre-registered (maybe) by the designer. I remember doing that in mine, but it was up to the designer.

When deploying your troops: - click on 'Pre-plan a bombardment mission (B)' - click on hex - click on button 'Target' - repeat for each hex to preregister - number of avaiable hexes depends on type of mission Hope that helps ... :cool:

yeah but in the mega campaign you start with the forces deployed :( and ideas? also why isn't there a FO included with the forces? The HQ sucks for bringing in arty (1-2 delay) unless I should be using a different person... Commando Solo :eek:

We take what we get in the Mega Campaigns. As for artillery, in some scenarios I tested there were those FO halftracks. Still not as effective as a regular FO, but better than the HQ for quick artillery response. To "have it your way," you need a self-generated campaign, not the Mega.
