135,62 is a forest hex without an airfield. So giving a bomber on that hex is a bad idea. May I suggest 135,60?

And just out of curiosity, can you spawn a bomber on a hex without airfield capability? My guess is yes.

technically yes and the A.I. will move it. But you shouldn't.

The modding system is very open to allow special things but it is very dangerous to do so. You have to be careful. This is an example. Like say you can make 1 air unit a 0 move rocket launching site and put it in the mountains or something like that.
