This may not be quite the right place to post this, but the thread on the subject of how you do this under the slitherine one login system has been locked by the staff member and I can't post the question there.
Whenever I try to go to the 'store' page, or to the 'my page' page, and try to sign in, so I can download the game onto my new laptop, I get an error message saying:
"Could not create local account."
I have a suspicion that the problem is that I have a space in my user name Ian <space> R.
There is an instruction on the store page for creating a new account - that "Your username must not contain spaces".
Oddly my user name and password work fine for the forum, but not the store page. For 20 years it worked fine in both.
So, has anyone got any ideas of whom to contact about how to resolve this?
I can't contact the help&support, because you have to be able to sign in to contact help&support
