In regards to the banning above. It brings to mind how the general society we live in has become so course in language and thought, while also quick to judge based on feelings or first impressions and perceptions of reality.

That was pure entitlement, and poor behavior well beyond the scope of normal societal decline. There can be no excuse for that kind of unprovoked hostility.

Congrats OberGeneral, it is quite impressive. I hope they will be considering making manuals like this for all their AAA titles that come out in the future.

Are manuals for the pre-orders still shipping? My pre-order was placed on March 2nd but I've still not received a manual.

If you pre-ordered a physical copy, you should have gotten by sometime in June, IIRC. You should contact Matrix Support and have them look into your order.
