I paid the price on paypal for the physical manual, but I haven't heard anything about shipping.

Nor do I have any confirmation from Matrix that I indeed paid for one or that they even know about it. All I have is the paypal receipt email.

I bought it on Apr 22, 2021.

Is that the case for everyone else?

The manuals for my purchase time are shipping this month, correct?
