Beethoven1 -> Soviet air support not disbanding (2/11/2022 1:36:36 PM)

I disbanded the whole VVS on turn 1 & 2 and have had no planes on the map since then.
However, despite the complete absence of any planes, a decent number of airfields still have personnel that has not disappeared and been sent back to pool as of turn 4. In other cases, airfield personnel did disband on other airfields, but they still have not on these ones.
So this may be some sort of bug, or alternatively maybe it just takes loner than I thought, but presumably they should not stay here forever if there are no planes at the airfields, ever.

I do notice that most, though not all, of these seem to be in the Caucasus area, so maybe it might have something to do with the Transcaucasus theater box or something also?
