Ivanmoe -> Game .EXE over-riding A/C orders (7/7/2004 2:50:45 AM)

I am finding that the software is sometimes grabbing my A/C and sending it on mission types that I had denied them in the config screens.

Example:

I base some SBD at Port Moresby and config them for

1) Naval Combat (Primary)

2) Rest (Secondary)

Then, when I send some A20 off to bomb Lae, the proggy grabs the SBD and sends them off on a AIRFIELD ATTACK!

I've seen this happen more than once, and have always gone back to check to make sure that the SBD were not mis-programmed by myself.

This may seem like a small problem in a program of this scope, but it's kind of annoying, nonethless. :)

Similiar problem with Marine Fighters in S. Pacific in 42A Scenario on 3 replays of first few turns. The small sub units with larger groups elsewhere move on their own. Moreover, they often move to fields with NO air support. A 12 plane group of Buffalos moves from Nomoa to Nindi (north of esprito) ....trying to get to its parent at Palmyra. A Catalina group moves from Nomoa to Luganville without orders. Also no base forces their to support. They were not set to CPU control!!
