Hi,
during HI->fuel production tests (see http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=672169 )
I've found some strange behaviour of raw material distribution.
Raw material is distributed AFTER production phase, if you have two nearby base like Matsuyama and Takamtsu on Shikoku Island, on first turn Takamatsu base didn't produce anything (fuel, manpower nor Hvy Industry Points, just 5 supply and 5 resources) because there is not enough Oil and Resource Points, Matsuyama have BIG storage, all will be distributed later - wasted first turn.
This is only small issue. Worst problem is redistribution of Oil and Resource points to bases where is NO Heavy Industry at all , for example on Formosa, where are some resources automatically moved from Taipei to Takao and left there (in my case around 3800 resource points!!). There is no redistribution during following turns back to Taipei or Tainan. And Tainan don't received Oil/Resource points on first turn at all, 240 HI wasted [:(]
