fdlu -> Scenario download (6/17/2000 6:45:00 PM)

Just noticed. Havenīt got much time to play but i noticed in the scenario downloads that you have to click on the scenario name to get a (full) description. Is it maybe possible to make maybe a list of scenarios with a at least short description? (like in some older sp pages) e.g. no. of turns, 1 sentence to content etc. it would be most helpful in quick browsing. i especially like some fictional scenarios ,invasion usa, japan, england, experimental equipment (sp flak kugelblitz, e-types and likewise, alternate history scenarios) which are harder to find in the current form. otherwise canīt wait for holiday to really play this game for some extended time(more than one hour straight) thanks to all for their great work and help in the posts for infomative questions and answers.

I appreciate your thinking on this, fdlu. Now here is a case where if we please one group, we displease another Some like 'em long, some like 'em short. We've had complaints that they were too brief. Personally, before I take the time to download, I want to be sure that this scenario is one I want to play. Downloading a scenario that is a disappointment is a bigger disappointment One alternative is simply to read the basics in the description, nationalities, date, type of battle, etc. and skip the big text. All of that can be seen at a glance. Here is where I felt that too much was better than too little. Other designers opt for the shorties. What do the rest of you think about this? Your suggestions for hypos is good. We'll do some of those. And maybe some more WW2 movie themes too.
