You going to put BOTH planes the USAAF ordered in there?

This looks sorta like the Howard Hughes plane - the one that almost killed him when somehow one of the propellors reversed itself in midflight... That one at least had a couple of prototypes finished...

Hmm... i misrembered it - XF-11 sorta looks like an overgrown P-38, but it did have the contrarotating propellors...

Curious, that sounds like armament more suited to an interceptor. ON an escort I would rather have something like 8 .50 caliber. Point being your shooting at smaller, less durable, but faster targets.

Maybe that was one of the reasons it was cancelled before the prototypes were completed.
