Status: offline 		I'll go out on a limb and say it's a trainer, I'll go along with the Arado possibly an Ar-96 or a Swiss Pilatus P2 of some sort?

Status: offline 		It is a SIPA S.12. Used for CAS and COIN in Algeria. The main use was training. It is based on the Arado 396, but with French engines and all metal construction.

Here is a picture of another SIPA Arado 396, after being shot down:
