Can I customize my league so that the teams with the worst records make the playoffs? And so that the teams with the best record get first pick in the free agent draft?

It doesn't even pick the the playoff teams for you.
You have to do it yourself.
So yes, you can put anybody in the playoffs you choose.

Yes, you can configure the playoff system yourself.

The reason it doesn't pick them for you is that there are umpteen different playoff formats in use. Because the game allows you to generate pretty much any league structure you can think of it would never be able to have solutions for generating playoffs for you.

That is one thing I think I'm going to like about MF. I bet anyone could make a simple utility program with VB to make a Playoff Editor for the game. With open ended databases, I think it could be quite easy to make a 3rd party utility program.

I've already decided i will include 1 complete random "wild-card" team not based on their record. Kind of like rolling the dice, if the team is 1-15, so what! It's a real wildcard!

It is possible. If the game only supported one league format style then it would have had a built in playoff creation system.

If a community league decides on a set league structure for their league, then yes, they could easily create some sort of tool to build playoff rounds for them.

Will this game support Cyrillic letters? I would also like my league's numbers to be done in the ancient Egyptian style.
