I got this from Okimaw and I'm thinking it's a TOAW 1.04 version thingie that just happened to work with T3. So far so good, anyway.

IIRC DiN, though an excellent scenario ive played a few times, was bugged and the secnario made unplaybable at some point. ask around in the SZO forums you'll probably get a better answer there

Here's the difference between turn 21 and turn 35.  Not a lot of difference in the positions, eh?  That's because some of the hexes have been changing hands back and forth for a lot of turns:
