I know this is a loaded question

Is there any critera in creating new players , i am looking to fill my

minor leagues with some current top prospects for each team

is there a formula or is all subjective with the ratings

i am trying to make a association with 50 players on each team and would like to fill
the minors with actual minor leaguers, but need some critera to create them

any comments would be appreicated
