Stage 2 complete.

Gentlement the conquest of eastern Russia has been resolved. Only a few  northern Russian positions remain. Russian generals have asked toe meet our generals under a truce to end the fighting.  All Japanese units are now making their way back to Vladivstok to board ships for future operations, some are heading to inland border of Manchuria/China for an future offensive there.

Stage 3

Below is a diagram of a possible plan that will be used to attack China. There will be Sea Invasions hitting undefended Chinese ports. Subs have already recon possible areas. The Japanese Navy is refueling in Japan and will head to the coast of China/Shanghai soon. Their mission will be to patrol the seas and engaging any hostile ships. United Kingdom destroyers have already been seen doing ASW missions. Hopefully my warships can take them out. Japan may openly declare war on the UK and CW.

The vetarans of Imam are still heading to Vladastok (ETA 6 days) where 300 transport ships await them.

The key to this offensive is to try not to engage Chinese units garrisoned in cities but to capture key areas. Most importantly chinise ports. Shanghai hopefully will be cut off and a navy blockade in place. My battleships will bombard Shanghai for as long as possible then I shall be moving in.

North China, a small force or armour will probe and capture rear chinese bases. Again they will not engage a long battle, they aim is to divert enemy units.

Message from Russia to Japan

We sue for peace. Please take vladivostock with our blessings and vacate the rest of our territory.

Message to Russia from The Empire of Japan.

You have suffered a major defeat and you dare to make terms with us? Japan will not agree to those terms. However our emporer is generous and an end of Hostilities can be acheived for the below conditions.

Japan keeps all territory gained.
Russia signs none agression pact,
Relations with China/US must be broken.

Message back from Russia
Try to conquer just like napoleon did. You will fail. Take what you have and leave or we will return in force.

Press Release -

In light of the incursions into Chinese soil and the numerous sub contacts all along chineses coast. The Royal Navy has predicted an imminent invasion of China. The Royal navy will be using auxillary ships to help evacuate partriots to Hong Kong. In light of these attacks the Area Commander has been authorized to use naval force to repel any invasion of china from the sea. China is an ally of the United Kingdom and will not tolerate this aggressive actions. If war was not enough with the United States and Russia and manchuria then the United Kingdom shall enter the picture.

To reiterate our guarentee if there is combat action taken against china then the United Kingdom will respond with deadly force. My the japanese spare bloodshed and turn their sights back towards the United States.

Prime Minister

Well what can I say, Bill is so eager to bring in the UK and CW.

I now have an option to leave China and concentrate on the US. Since facing both the US and UK navies together will certainly bring defeat for me. Is that a risk worth taking? I can carry on with my plan and attack China, secure it then go for singapore and india. Nevertheless the close proximity of chinese ports threatens Japan and needs to be taken care off whatever the case. Hong Kong, Singapore and India is now a far off dream.

Gentlemen,

I have transfered most of my combat units back to the home Islands. Units are in a state of R & R.  Preparing for Shanghai. Fatigue is already down by 25 %. The Japanese Navy is in dry dock recovering from minor system damage.  2 Divisions plus some armour is heading to the border of Manchuria and China.  Japanese units have already entered China and have been doing recon missions.

Message to UK and CW and China. Japan offers you a last chance to avoid any future conflect with the Empire of Japan. Japan propose:- UK and CW and China sign non-aggression pact.  No UK and CW basing in China or using China port facilities. UK can keep small troop garrison.  No US ships allowed to dock or resupply in China.  UK must cease support for the US. Japan awaits for your response. You have 5 days to accept or prepare for WAR.

Response

>>The UK flatly refuses your threats and declares war on the empire of Japan.
>>The Chinese flatly refuse and declare war on the empire of Japan

Message to the Dutch.  Japan respects the dutch control of the DEI and asks for a non-aggression pact, plus military access through DEI.

Response

The dutch grant your Non-Aggression pact. Though we retain our sovereignity. No nation is using our area of control for anything. Any violation of our area of control will be considered an act of war. Your request for military access has been denied as it is to the United States.

Message to France. Japan hopes that you will stay neutral in an event of a UK/Japanese Conflect.

Response
The french have no interest in war though our garrison at shanghai has been ordered to defend the city at all costs should it be attacked.
The french fleet remains in port at our allied cities of hong kong and singapore.

Message to the Indian People. If UK provokes us into a war, Japan will liberate and give independence to the Indian nation.

Response

The common theme from the news in india is that emancipation would be a welcome thing for the indian people.
