Currently I am playing the German in Plan Martin. One of my units managed to take a hex in Acchen but was forced out a turn or two later. However, in the news it said Acchen captured, supply dump captured and awarded me 600 VP but no increase in my EEV. Do I need to take and hold all the hexes of Acchen to gain the 50 EEV points?
