I had 3 instances where an army being sea transported "vanished" during turn execution. e.g. the Army of Quebec was loaded and was nowhere to be seen at the start of the next turn.

is this a known issue?

There is no pending bug in BOA. It does not means there is no remaining bugs to uncover though

First check your ledger (F1 , forces list) and see if one of the missing unit is not listed there. If not then I would like your saved game, at support@ageod.com please.
