I've been using AB's version that does not have the zone boundaries, but IIRC what you are talking about it the malarial zone boundary line.

That sounds right. thanks.

Yes. That's what it is. Should have put a note somewhere...

Thanks, Andrew.

BTW:  After looking at your map I realize that the strategy I used the 2 stock games agianst the Jap AI won't work.  I used Darwin as a jump off point to retake Amboina, Kendari and Sumatra.  Due to the lack of roads and rail there, I'll have to do a lot more planning, and need a lot more shipping, to even consider that strategy.  Guess it's time for me to get a wall sized planning map and colored grease pencils.

Just wanted to say I am wearing my BB-56 hat right now as I read this thread.

Cheers from a fellow Washingtonian.

As BigB already knows, his Mod, for me, is the best.

I have played both 1.31 and 1.40 and it appears to be rock solid. No issues or problems so far.
Like the new plane graphics as well. Nice touch.

BTW, I am playing against the AI. Due to work schedule, can't do PBEM.

Cool. Was the hat a family heirloom? If not, how did come by it and is there come way I can get one. The Wasington was the first model battleship I ever built, and the last one to go to the scrap yard when I moved back up here.

Good to hear. I'll be starting it soon, I just want to finish the stock game against the AI I'm playing. It's late Jan. '44 and I still need 8000 pts. So, as you can see, my tactical skills are not that great as I've read where others have finished off the AI by mid-43.

No family heirloom, I wish. I ordered it off of Ship-To-Shore.net. You can order plenty ship-patch hats on there. I think it was around $20, a little expensive but now I can show off my World War II geekiness and regional pride to the entire world, while people on the Edmonds-Kingston ferry run ask me if I'm in the Navy.

Found the site, found the hat, now need to wait until payday to get the hat and show off.  Problem is, the folks at work know I was never in the Navy, but what the hey, I'll have the hat and that's what counts.  And with winter coming on, I'll need a hat to keep me warm.
Thanks.
