That's it? Some poor sod had his toe chopped half way off and took a picture of it?

You don't actually expect us to believe that this is real, do you? With that sort of injury, you'd never be able to hold a camera still enough to take such a photo.

i was thinking more of Medical Examiner... and with today's cameras, you can just hold it out and see what you are taking by the LCD, plus the M.E. cameras are specialized jobs that don't need you to look through them... but i suppose the guy could be alive... but doesn't appear to be bleeding much.
