Very bad for the ol' mentality, though... I speak from painful and embarrassing experience...

I'll typically have 2-3/week. I will drink a rum and Coke Zero if I can get it.

ah yes.....Rum = 0 carbs. Rum and coke makes me gag though....

Vodka is 0 carbs and easiest on the liver.

Congac man here. And Vodka. And Red Wine. And White Wine.

Rum, followed by beer.  Just had some rum in a good "boat drink" at dinner.

There is a huge stockpile of good whiskey at Pearl Harbor. Why don't you send over a bunch of your carriers to pick some up?

Dream on, boat boy. I've other fish to fry.

Turn to you tomorrow night. I can only get in one a day, and my other game is today's turn. It's a takeover game where I'm getting pasted due to the ineptitude of the original player.

BTW guys, thanks for all the good advice in getting through my "fatal error". Reloading went much easier than I thought it would. Especially with the last minute warning that T gave me about the save folder!

Well, good night to you all!

The legs muscles trained from Bodybuilding help here as well as the weight. I'm also really good on cobblestone But uphill... Well, I hate to admit, but bad is not even a good description

Uphill used to be my specialty (as can be expected from such a light rider). Our trip across the US included crossing the continental divide thirteen times along with a sidetrip to the summit of Mt Evans in Colorado (14,264'). Attached is a photo from that summit - we dumped our packs at a lake down at 10,600' so we wouldn't be hauling the full load all the way up.

My european trip included five HC climbs from the Tour (Tourmalet, Izouard, Galibier, L'Alpe D'Huez and Joux Plane).

Yes, there's a good bit of masochist in every climber! And Eric - riding a bicycle up a big mountain pass will teach you patience!

Indeed! At least, I'm not too lazy to ride the mountains despite my weight.

I think about riding many tour mountains next year or 2011.

What do you think, will today's stage bring any change in classement (except the actual leader who will loose the jersey for sure)?

Is there any rider who's good enough to benefit from the last descent?

I've been to the top of Mt. Evans, too. Of course, I drove up in a car. Was a beautiful spot!

I just watched SyFy's new show Warehouse 13 last night. It is unpretenous and could be a decent show.
