Hi All,

Is anyone else in the situation where they ordered several MegaCampaigns and then received one but not the other ??

I ordered (and paid for) MC-NA and MC-LV in August last year, I have long since received MC-NA, but am still waiting for the Lost Victories to arrive.

Since then I have contacted the help desk 5 times and received four answers along the lines, "We will ship that soon" ?. The help desk has not responded to my latest message !

Can anyone there in Matrix please take responsibility and ensure my game is shipped and then tell me the shipping details ?
