Nemo is correct. If you put a transport tf, loaded with troops, into an enemy controlled hex with do not unload orders, it will unload a part of its load. If it is an escort tf, it will not.

Ask and you shall receive. Thanks for all the little tips. Wont get me my 2 marines divisions back which my opponent will be happy about but he did he cop a belting doing an invasion at Chandpur and lost significant forces. That was the first ever game I have started and have had very limited experience with AI.

Right, that's what I'll do vs Hartwig then.

I am worried. Really. Not about your doing this to me, but you are not yourself if you start mixing up your opponents like this.

SSSHHH !!!!!!!!!!

You'll ruin my BRILLIANT plan of making Damian think he's safe and making you worried

Now quit analysing this and go back to fretting.

sorry, not a native speaker here, thus my potential confusion... I always thought to fret was a reflexive (sp?) verb... that must be wrong. So there is a meaning like "nettling" or "vexing" for "fretting" as well ?

Fret means to be anxious and worried over something to the point of agitation. Hope this helps you.

From Miriam-Webster Dictionary:

Transative verb:

1 a: to eat or gnaw into : corrode ; also : fray b: rub , chafe c: to make by wearing away a substance <the stream fretted a channel>
2: to cause to suffer emotional strain : vex
3: to pass (as time) in fretting
4: agitate , ripple

intransitive verb:

1 a: to eat into something b: to affect something as if by gnawing or biting : grate
2 a: wear , corrode b: chafe c: fray 1
3 a: to become vexed or worried b of running water : to become agitated
