Yes, there is a small one behind the house. There is a creek that runs through it so it is a protected watershed and won't be developed. This is one reason we really liked the location.

Sounds like the setting for Calvin and Hobbes.

More or less. I think the buyer did not do their homework. And the seller was a bit naive
as to how things were going to work post sale. So now everyone is headig to lawsuits i am afraid. And it is a real shame. This can be a great deal for both parties.

Correct. It is quite funny, however, to open the French doors and see the cats rush eagerly only to come up short and quick at the 'evil white stuff'. They are NOT fans of snow.

Good win for the Hurricanes tonight. Watched about 4 movies so far this weekend. Both Kill Bill's last night, then Thomas Crown Affair and Fargo today.
