Didn't know where else to post this. It's not quite a rant. What's the deal with Madgamer? Buy it or don't, but what's the use of complaining? Yes its extremely complicated, Yes I have concerns that it will take longer to play than SPI's original WITP boardgame(which I finished ONCE), yes I have legitimate concerns my opponent may expire before I whip his a** (but GOOD), but what's the use of complaining? PLAY OR DIE ( or Both)

We are expecting the oink-oink to peak here, in the States, around late September to early October.  Give it a few weeks to simmer after all the kids go back to school and then it will be all over the place.

France is ssssoooooo much better than you "slow minded" USA (kidding, kidding !!).
Our ministers tend to say that we are preparing for the flue, but it won't come.
Back in years, the Tchernobyl Cloud never crossed the aerial border of France !!
i told you, you are bypassed

Hi Leo.
3 days at 36°C (told by the media, so in my town, nearly 40°C with no air to breathe). Today expected 40 ° !! and tomorrow expected 40° . It's look like we are getting in a "canicule". Last in 2003 made 15000 death (most old people) in France, thousands of forest burned, millions of dead fish (because their was not enough hoxigene in the water).
So, i'm wishing for some rain

Otherwise (word ????? ) i'm getting more and more anxious (damn, there is no smiley eating nails !) for the diagnostic of Miss Gladiatt (expected friday).
If ever your ear some chewing, it would probably be me (and the rest of my nails).

Things are ok. Nothing special happening today. No change for you?

Yes, perfidious would be the word you're looking for.

There used to be a wargame zine produced by Charles vasey called "Perfidious Albion". We don't take it to heart because we know it's true.

Hi Simon. Don't know if i should laugh or be sorry .

In fact i have two feeling:
knowing a bit of history (damn, my studies are not to be forgotten !) i have some kind of bitterness against perfidious albion.
But for the individuals, i have nothing against them particulary, some seems to be kind guys (those i used to know), wich is also true of some germans, spanish, and now my czeck opponant .

Don't worry, England has the same love/hate relationship with France. I suppose if you've been at war for 1000 years a couple of minor spats with those German upstarts don't really do much to paper over the cracks. Let's face we nearly went to war over a dusty piece of the world called Fashoda that 99.9% has never heard of.

To be fair, we've got some sort of history with pretty much every nation in Europe. And a big chunk of the rest of the world as well

An englishman once told me : "do you know why england builded a so wide colonial empire? Did you ever spent a week end in england ?"
