They do, and by the hour. That's the only upside (for them).

For summer work for young guns, that's usually enough. I've quite the laundry list of sh** summer jobs that I did just for a summer paycheck-I suspect most of us have. It builds character and all that rubbish.

Always healthy for a man to know where he stands in life... Even if it's at the bottom...

Hey, does your catage still do its patented turd-balancing-on-nose act?

Yes......it also specializes in sneaking into computer rooms and hiding under the bed, waiting the right moment to go eat some more wires. You will believe that a cat can fly.....

They can fly if you plug your wires into the wall socket.

Hi all,

Wife and I went last night to 2 hour concert (in atrium of old medieval castle) of English musicians Philip Pickett and "Musicians of the Globe" - very very nice music old (400+ years old)!

http://www.newlondonconsort.com/default.html

"100 years of popular instrumental music from London's taverns, streets, theatres, coffee houses and music rooms - a survey of real low-life, underground, foot-stomping folky ballad tunes, divisions and country dances from Elizabethan times to the Restoration, with a host of unusual instruments"

Leo "Apollo11"

I'm jealous. You guys have a cultural life.

I used to have a cultural life. But next month---the state fair!

Yuri , you're telling me that you can't find culture in NYC!?!

nope. I graduated to computer wargames long ago. "Battleship" is just too complex for me. Those are Star Trek TOS seasonal boxsets. (Pic is from a move 3+ years ago)

don't worry. Cat doesn't look any different......just stupider.

I would usually be the one to ask if youre the rider or the horse. A fact that Mike seems to have picked up on rather quickly.

Dont knock it. With you lot running the show, it sounds like they have perfect job security, moving stuff back and forth.

Sounds like 1) a government "make-work" job. or 2) someone in charge is a former drill instructor!

I dont suppose incompetence is an option?
