Well well, Andy goes all after our Bangkok area airodromes. We had ca 800 fighters dispersed on 2 major bases and 3 supporting ones. Big sized air to air combat is pretty messed up. Enemy could easily penetrate our massed fighter defenses but enemy sweeps were inefficient and our fighters were not destroyed on the ground. While our bases were closed enemy losses were more than double ours including 115 fighters and 80 heavy bombers. We lost 25 KIA pilots - not bad! I have to move our air units out until we can fix damage; been planning another air defensive zone further south in Malaya so we're A-OK! The carrier Aso also arrives, boosting our carrier strength even further. Another 34 days and our last CV and CVL arrive. 2 light cruisers and we only got small CVEs and destroyer / sub replacements left.
