How do you increase the Ep's for each particular eng group? they don't have enough EP's individually to build, so ended up transferring up to larger formations.

either bring another engineer unit to the hex or let the unit stay there for a few turns not using its EP and they accumulate, i think they can save their EP for 5 turns or so.
