Good morning.
-7F. this morning. We are going in the wrong direction. Part of the four seasons here. Early winter, mid winter, late winter and next winter.
T'stat in SUV gets replaced today.
And now for something completely different.....coffee.

Okay, time to sign off off for the night, but before I go, here's something to take a glance at later.

This has been confirmed as legit and actual, it's not a skit or a prank.

Me - "You wouldn't happen to have a couple hundred loads of corn for sale for AMJJ (April - July ship) by any chance with the recent run up"?
My FAVORITE trader at Scoular - "I haven't had any corn for sale for months"
Me - "How come you sold 100 loads to (insert name) yesterday?"
Screwlar - "I didn't sell them anything"
Me - "Yes you did, I just bought if from the company you sold it to for a nickel more than they paid you. You could have made $5,000 more by selling it to me"
Screwlar - "Maybe I did sell something yesterday and just forgot"
Me - "Right. Because I forget about three quarters of a million dollars sales all of the time.."
Screwlar - "So.. you caught me"
Me - "I didn't catch you..you're just an a-hole and don't like seeing me make a buck off of you"
Screwlar - ...silence...
Me - "Good luck with your $25 million dollar paper weight that I am looking at outside my office window right now, talk to you next week"
...line goes dead

(Scoular bought the ethanol plant in Pratt that has never run..they're choking on it.. and it just breaks my heart...)

I would take TO over any receiver in NFL history. Yes, I just said that.

The only thing I remember about him in Phoenix was Warner leading him into a defender who shattered his face. Was he a bigger distraction than David Boston?

Also- I love how Flacco said it isn't about money...its about respect. Now, look how many peeps they have to let go and cant resign. One of the most selfish things I have ever seen. Look at Brady...that is the way to do it IMO.

The new arrival touched down today and she's a lovely thing. She's pretty much brought a halt to my spending this month though. Unless I find something really good at the market on Sunday that is...

And here's the Admiral. I've seen a surprising number of Disney characters adorning the sides of Lancs.

Sounds like you've been sorting bobcats in a burning hay loft.

Time to reach down and pull open that bottom desk drawer and grab that bottle of bourbon.

I have 1:72 Lanc (diorama assembled and painted by me) as well... I think I posted info for it to Martin here some time ago (the tail code numbers)...

Not even close here. 40" inches of snow, though compacted down to about 18" now. Got a couple of inches last night. Winter storm watch tonight bringing 3" to 6" inches of more snow. And more arctic temps behind the snow system.

But hey that's alright. Spring is only a few days away. Then everything will be okay. Ya' that's right, that's the ticket. The snow will be gone. I will be mowing the lawn in a few days. Cleaning the golf club. Oh, I had better get a couple of tee times set up. Fishing gear, got to get the fishing gear ready for the lake.
I suppose a nice bike ride along the trails is in order to take in the spring blooms and greenery. Butterflies, robins & bunnies. Yes everthing will be alright in a few days.
Ya' that's it. Everything will be okay. Uh-huh, yes everything is just fine. Gotta run, I see some unicorns outside. I think they want to see me about an afternoon tea. You are all invited. Don't worry, I'll bring the balloons and cotton candy.
Yep, just fine. Everything is just fine.

I knew that living through too many North Dakota winters couldn't be good for one's mental health.
