Great...they've 'updated' our expected snowfall totals. Now we'll be getting 12-15" between now and Thursday. I blame NoDak.

In the 80's here for the next 3 days.

P.S.

Same here, it is what follows that has me worried. I get less game time when there is a disaster in my jurisdiction.

And then there's Kansas....

Mirror the map and that's North Dakota.

Jeff is at some conference. We are waiting on him with our 3x2 game, but work is work and I understand. I did remind him that all work and no WITP:AE makes Jeff a dull boy.

Also, Good Morning, supposed to be 82F/28C today...

Finally back from Hendon, they've got some very nice aeroplanes there. The only Defiant in the world, the only original Halifax, a Hudson, two seat FW190, a pair of Bf109s, Bf110 and Ju88 nightfighters. Also a Heinkel 111 that was 'acquired' from a USAAF unit, Sunderland flying boat, Me262 and Meteor, Vulcan, RAF Liberator.

There's a few that I'd like to see on BBMF, like a Mosquito, Beaufighter, Bf109, Bf110 and Blenheim.

The last time I was at Hendon , back in 2005 (my 8th or 9th visit) they had just pulled the Halifax out of the Zudier Zee , and they were'nt going to restore it, but leave it as a wreck-memorial. (LIke they did with the Gladiator they had). Did they restore her?

Did you go by Tube? I only ask , because if I recall it's actually at Colningsdale not Hendon (as I found to my misfortune the 1st two trips) but the great thing about the tube stop is a truly magnificent model (hobby) shop. I forget the name, but it began with an "H". Did you visit it?

We went by bus, so the tube isn't an issue.

The Glad and Halifax are still in their unrestored condition. They've got a restored Merlin XX but I'm not sure it's an original from that aircraft.

27F. right now. So I guess the deal is that we are being punished for having such a nice winter last year. How to get we out of this situation you may ask? Is that the weather gods are requiring a sacrfice. Something say, hmmm...chicken related.
Any ideas? anyone?

Tried it. Didn't work. Apparently it made the storm Gods angrier-so they're putting another 12-15" on us. Must have worked for you guys though-you're untouched by this storm front.

These storm Gods are tough to figure out.

Well, TECHNICALLY, you said 'mirror the map', so I'd be looking for a "larebiL" North Dakota. Is there such a place, Shani? And if not, why did you LIE to us?

There are a couple on the main forum and several on the BBMF Facebook page. But here's a Thread exclusive! I was the first member of BBMF to sit in her after her return to the flight When she was pushed back into the hangar I managed to beat the rush and get myself into the cockpit to operate the brakes.

Good morning... Storms approaching, but they are much less than they were yesterday going through Missouri and Arkansas. Should just end up being a rainy day only.
