If you're asking for my opinion on any of the movies (Hollywood or Swedish ones) then I have no clue as I haven't seen any of them.

I read the books however and found them a good read.

I haven't counted, but i estimate that I watch no more than 10 movies each year.

Status: offline 		I found the books a lot better than I expected. I watched one of the Swedish movies (1st one) and it was.."meh". I expect the Hollywood version to total garbage. But the books are available in several language and I can recommend it for casual reading.

Fairly well yes, but maybe taking the perspective to the extreme end at times. Guess that's natural for a writer though to make the characters and plot more interesting.

They drink a lot of coffee at least

Wife and I watched several Swedish TV crime series... they were OK... the most recent ones we watched was
"Detective Inspector Irene Huss" (sometimes naive but still OK to watch)...
