I love cats.  We have one who sits up on the tv stand for the big screen and tries to look around the corner to see where the hockey players went.

We have two cats, one a Red Tabby who likes to just sit around and eat. The other one is a Siamese mix and she loves to sit at the window watching the world go by and playing fetch with a little pink soft ball that we flick across the room and she then brings back and drops at your feet. She "requires" you to flick it across the room again for her to chase after. Rinse and repeat.

Anyways, Good Morning all, the weather people and news people are all up in arms about a forcasted dusting of snow. For those of us who are not native to the south, but grew up in more northern latitudes, we scoff at them.

Our newest kitty (she's about 1.5 years old) loves to go after the cursor. Lots of purring and her paw all over the screen. Goofy cat.

Does she have claws? Your screen must be a mess!

I took my lovely bride to the NC Museum of Art last Saturday for a date. They had an amazing Rembrant exibition that she wanted to see. I know almost nothing about it, but really enjoyed myself. Of course, I also scored some good brownie points.

Yeah. Just got back, we had a nice time of it. One of the first times an afternoon afield has not been puncuated by reprimands to 'stop picking your nose' or 'quit bugging your sister' in recent memory.

Ate lunch at an Irish pub nearby. Fish and chips and Guiness for lunch por moi. Nummers.

Next on her bucket list: A night at the Opera. And then go antiquing.

I can see it in your eyes. The thousand yard stare. You've been domesticated.
We'll miss you brother.

Yeah, is going out drinking beer a good or a bad idea tonight, on Friday the 13th?

(Beware, either way I'm still heading to the pub!)

Obvert, I cannot think of a time when going out drinking beer at the pub is a bad thing.
