Cushy government jobs.

Wouldn't know a thing about it, Mr. corporate wage slave. I don't work for the government.

Now, if you'd said 'cushy university ivory tower jobs', then I'd agree.

Thats right, Mike. CB here is what they call an "academician".

Three day weekend! More turns to run and an EGR valve to replace to pass emissions.

I could post some juvenile one-liner about gas emissions, valves and anatomy, but I wont...because I'm better than that.

Mrs. Chickenboy and I are off work today!

She wants to go to an art museum.

I'm almost tempted to ask how that went.

I took my lovely bride to the NC Museum of Art last Saturday for a date. They had an amazing Rembrant exibition that she wanted to see. I know almost nothing about it, but really enjoyed myself. Of course, I also scored some good brownie points.

Yeah. Just got back, we had a nice time of it. One of the first times an afternoon afield has not been puncuated by reprimands to 'stop picking your nose' or 'quit bugging your sister' in recent memory.

Ate lunch at an Irish pub nearby. Fish and chips and Guiness for lunch por moi. Nummers.

I get the impression that something is not being told here. What happened to the art?

A turn in two different games done. Good night all.

Same turn in 2 games? That must save you an awful lot of time, but is it practical?

Sorry, I wasn't clear, although in one game we usually get two turns a night done, this was in two separate games on separate dates 12 JAN 42 and 15 SEP 43.

0700 game time for Alex this morning.  It was worth getting up early as he had a playoff shutout and a 2 - 0 win!  Championship game next Saturday at 0600.

Hey, awesome job, little dude...

I'm pretty sure Mynok does. You might reach him with a PM.

I considered it recently but went with GG's World at War.

Getting ready for a family game afternoon with my Wife's cousin. I married into a cool family. He is so much like me in our likes it is scary. He loves gaming, and, so does the rest of my family (wife, daughter, son). Looks like we are going to explore some of the newer Risk variations this afternoon. Yeah, I know, it is not WITP:AE, but sometimes you have to take a break from the primo stuff to play with others!

It's a good game. Unfortunately, I'm going to be neck deep in work this spring, so I'll pass.

Real War Horses

Interesting bit, Simon. Thanks for posting. War horses were so indiscriminately slaughtered by all sides that it's difficult to think about, even if they are "just" animals.
