Alright, on second thought, I'll take the INP for myself. Cuz that's the sort of guy I am.

I managed to surprise a WW2 veteran today, I overheard his son-in-law mention that Jack had flown in Lancasters so I asked to tour guide to grab me at the end of the tour and I'd take Jack for a closer look at 'his' old position. Unfortunately he couldn't manage to climb into the rear turret but his son-in-law did and Jack was able to climb most of the way to the front of the Lanc.

He joined the RAF after his brother was killed in Burma and because he was working on the land in a reserved occupation the army wouldn't take him. He flew 25 ops before his heated suit failed and he got frostbite on his hand and had his finger amputated. He was also with his wife who he'd known from the pre-war years, so it was great that his family were able to see where he'd sat. Then just as he was leaving the Canadian Lancaster arrived back at Coningsby so he was double chuffed. The whole family left with big smiles, so a good day I'd say. He was just happy to be able to see the Lancaster, so getting him back inside one made his day.

Yes there are. It is quite the infestation. We should have sprayed for them years ago. Now you stomp on one and there's another one in it's place.

Brought in my Honda Civic for brake pad replacement. Dealership had cookies, cookies, cookies, WiFi and coffee. Not a bad place to spend an hour or so.

Did I mention the cookies?

Good morning, you lot.

Shani-when does your loser hockey squad get started over there? We start off at Notre Dame on October 10.

My primary means of transportation, a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan, which I call the multi-role shuttle, hit 200k last night as I pulled in the driveway. Still going strong!

How'd you get 200k on a 2008 vehicle, dude? That's ~35,000 miles a year!

5 October U of Manitoba every year. Loser???? What tiny little rodent ran away from the WCHA with their tail between their stubby little limbs. Yipe, yipe, yipe. Golden rodents just couldn't play with the big boys. Sid Hartman couldn't be more pleased.

Well, it will be a harder road for us this year than UND. You guys had a longer offseason than we did, getting to watch the finals from the comfort of your own homes, whilest we had to play in them. Hope that extra couple days got you some good rest, cuz you'll need it.

Shani-whadaya think of my new .sig file? I'm trying this out for a while...
