Hello all,
I have just started a PBEM with the Bigbabes C mod and for some reason my factory in Harbin simply will not repair. I have never had this problem in other games with other mods. I checked all the obvious things: feactories set to repair, plenty of supply ad engineers. Is there something fundamental or subtle that I am missing?

Status: offline 		How much is plenty of supply? You need at least 10000 supply points. You don't need engineers.
