As a note, it was the Pz III that had 2 or 3 MG's - on the early internal mantle, with the 37mm, they had two MG's in the turret - for a total of three. With the external mantel and the 50mm, they had 1, for a total of 2.

The Pz IV had one or two - the early straight plate models, ausf. B and C, had a machinepistol port in the front, so just 1 MG (the coax) where as the bent plate (ausf A, D, E) and the later straight plate (F, G, H, J) had a ball mount MG up front (2 mg's total)
