Well, Poland only had 2 (two) Harpoon missiles (according to other sources 4 units) and they were decommissioned last year. So even though there are mounts for them there were no missiles to load. Total number of Standard missiles bought by Poland was 17 (18 according to other sources) - so they are really scarce resource. Most probably the Mk13 launchers are not operational because of age.

Source (in Polish):

dziennikzbrojny.pl/artykuly/art,2,4,455,armie-swiata,wojsko-polskie,modernizacja-polskich-fregat-perry

Not to mention that there are only 1000 rounds for Phalanx in the whole fleet.

I noticed the SEAWOLF class submarine is listed with 2x nuclear reactors. This is incorrect. There is only 1. Minor fix as it doesn't affect any of the values, unless of course one of them could be knocked out due to damage leaving one operating.

Same goes for SSN-23 Jimmy Carter and for the UK Astute. One reactor.

RAAF - All dates are for RAAF operations.

F/A-18B Hornet - not in DB at all, could be added to several countries, 1985-current

King Air 350 - Is not in DB at all, could be added to Civilian and Commercial, 2009-current

Pilatus PC-9A - Is not in DB at all, could be added to several other countries, 1987-current

CT/4 Airtrainer - Is not in DB at all, 1973-current

Challenger CL-604 - Is not in DB at all, could be added to Commercial also, 2002-2014

737 BBJ - Is not in DB but several other 737 variants are. Is actually a 737-700. Closest in DB is 737-700ER, 2002-2014

AN/TPS-77 - I note that the AN/TPS-70 is incorrectly listed under the Australian Air Force in the DB3K, it is actually the AN/TPS-77 which is operated by 3CRU and 114MCRU, 2005-current

De Havilland DHC-4 Caribou - Is not in the DB at all, 1963-2009

C-130H - This is in the DB, just not for Australia, 1978-2012

C-130E - Also not in Australia in the DB, 1966-2000

C-130A - Also not in Australia in the DB, 1958-1978

C-17 - This is actually in the DB and in Australias category, too. I just wanted to note that IOC was reached in september 2007 rather than in 08.

Boeing 707 - VIP transport and tanker variants operated by 33SQN, 1981-2008

Id like to note that the Aussie Hornets in the DB currently require AIM-120-C5s in their loadouts. Id like to point out that we acquired AIM-120-C7s in 2011, and AIM-120Bs in 1998, but am aware of no sales of AMRAAMs in the intervening years. Id like to suggest a solution to loadouts which allows individual weapons to be set, on a per hardpoint and possibly per launcher basis, rather than a per loadout basis. Id like to cite the PACAF approved SCLs as one such reason, given the extreme number of different loadouts.

RAN

Ive noted quite a few pennants missing in the Aussie DB too, so Ill list some of them here for you.

73 Collins - SSG 73 Collins [Collins Class]

75 Waller - SSG 75 Waller [Collins Class]

01 Adelaide [Perry] - FFG 01 Adelaide [Perry Class]

150 Anzac - FFH 150 Anzac [Anzac Class]

Id like to request the addition of O 266 Sirius, a replenishment ship.

I should also note that the Paluma Class vessels of the Royal Australian Navy are conspicuously absent, along with their Leeuwin Class cousins.

Singapore

PC-21

My appreciation is extended in anticipation of these eventual updates.

[ADDED DB v440]

SIAI-Marchetti SF.260

(I'm not sure if I posted this one or not, but I searched and could not find it. Nearly 1,000 have been built and they've been used as light attack/COIN aircraft by about a dozen countries, including Nicaragua, Chad, and Uganda.)

BTW, I saw that the F-15SG with it's APG-63(v)3 doesn't have surface search capability, though it's supposedly an F-15E variant. Is that true?

Low priority, but nice to have someday...

Learjet 35 (Commercial) <-- just a generic version of the jet that might be used by neutrals, etc.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Learjet_35

(There are already two entries for the Learjet 35, so most of the data should be available; I was not sure if the Argentinian version had any differences (the Finnish one seems to have extra sensors you would not have on a purely commercial jet)

Should there also be an entry for the C-21 Learjet?

Embraer KC-390 <-- also low priority, but good to add eventually
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Embraer_KC-390

Aero Commander 500 <-- also low priority, but widely used (looks like more than 1,000 have been built and it is employed by about a dozen air forces, including the US) so it might make sense to add it someday
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aero_Commander_%28aircraft%29

Thanks for considering these.

I'd like to apologize to Myk and the whole WarfareSims team for what is at best undeserved slander. My statements were made in a poor frame of mind, and do not reflect my long term view of myk or the team.

I hope that in the future we can put this sorry debacle behind us.

Hello guys, quick request for an upgrade of the existing Italian Tornado ECR(SEAD), first one was delivered in 2013 and called "ECR MLU"... They are now capable of using JDAMs and better Harms missiles (my guess is the "c" version)

And maybe add the Su30 to the Algerian rooster since they bought 46 of those to the russians.

Anyways thanks for your time

This *after* being informed by myk that any requests I make would not be added, on the grounds that I made them.

In my view, the statement stands. I list these for completionism only - Ill be surprised to see these added.

should I be proven wrong, Id be happy to make a full apology.

Ill take this opportunity to let you know I have no problem with you sunburn, and that Im sorry that you were offended by that. I know were I in your position, Id certainly be offended.

Before this escalates further, I'd like to recommend calm and patience.

I understand it takes a fair amount of time and work to add things to the databases because of the amount of information that has to be tracked down sometimes. In addition, there are other issues like squashing bugs that also take up a lot of time and effort. I think the people working on the databases sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed and so I make a point of saying things like "thank you" and "I know this one will probably take a while" because I am grateful for the work they do and I do know it may take a while to add certain platforms. I mostly post things to get them in the queue for eventual inclusion--I'm hoping we'll someday have both databases where pretty much every platform for every country is available, even down to small patrol boats and aircraft used mostly as trainers but capable of being used for COIN in a pinch, but I know most of them won't show up for months or maybe even longer. But that's all right. I'm taking the long view because I think Command is the new Harpoon, and I think Command could have the same thirty-year run, so I figure I've got plenty of time.

Hey people!

I've already sent this to the responsibles, but I think I'm putting it in the thread too, so people can see what already has been requested.
So, I got my hands on the game for a while and now I felt like, finally, adding my personal requests to the thread.
At this point, I got to say that I'm more focussed on technology around 2000-onwards and modern/future developments, worldwide. I also enjoy
all the Cold War Era Stuff, but in my opinion this is already well represented with a lot of people working with. I think I'm going to give this a
little opposite.

I will post all of my current DB3000 Updates, splitted into blocks, over the weeks. Please take a moment and have a look of what I got so far.

Ships:
F201 Nicolás Bravo (Bronstein-class frigate) - Imao Mexico is still poorly represented in the Database. It would be cool to see a bit more stuff of Mexico in the upcoming updates.

[ADDED 1.07] Type 26 Global Combat Ship - To replace all remaining Type 23 frigates.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_Combat_Ship

Tide-class (MARS Tanker) - An important asset to me because it will turn the Norwegian Navy into a decent Green-Water-Navy, capable of operating far inside the Arctic Circle with longer endurance.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tide-class_tanker
bmt.org/projects/defence-royal-fleet-auxiliary-mars-tanker-design/

[ADDED DB v440] Svalbard-class (Coastguard OPV/Icebreaker) - Biggest and most state of the art vessel, serving in the Norwegian Coast Guard.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NoCGV_Svalbard

Arctic Offshore Patrol Ship - Canadian Offshore Patrol Vessel under development based on the Norwegian Svalbard-class OPV. Roughly estimated to be operational around 2019(?).
casr.ca/bg-navy-aops-icebreaker.htm
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arctic_Patrol_Ship_Project

Project621 Gawron-class - Polish Multipurpose Frigate. All ships of the class were cancelled, but the finished hull of the first laid down
ship (Slazak), received a contract to be converted into a heavy OPV with ASW capabilities. Would be the first new ship to be built for Poland's
Navy after 20 years. Also the frigate-seized design offers the chance to add additional armament (like Surface Missile Launchers) later on.

Protector-class OPV - In service with the Royal New Zealand Navy, also known under Otage-class Offshore Patrol Vessel.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_Protector#IPV
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protector_class_offshore_patrol_vessel

Protector-class IPV - Smaller Inshore Patrol Boat, also used by New Zealand.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protector-class_inshore_patrol_vessel

Holland-class OPV
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Future_Dutch_Navy_OPV%27s

Sigma 10514-class - Indonesian frigate variant of the 9113 Sigma corvette. First ship to be commissioned into service in 2017. Will
become the leading frigate class of the TNI AL.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sigma-class_corvette

Project22220 LK60-class Icebreaker - Altough alleged inital funding problems the first ship was laid down November 2013. Will be
launched between 2015-2016 and turned over to the Russian Navy in 2017. Cool future addition to the already existing soviet/russian icebreackers in the DB.

dgconcord.ru/en/22220

Bacolod City-class LSV - Philippine newest landing ship class. In my opinion, a relevant component of the PN as there are no up to date or
even no LST class DB platforms for the Filipinos in Command. Generally, there are currently news every week due to the Modernization Act of the
the whole Armed Forces branch.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BRP_Bacolod_City_(LC-550)

Strategic Sealift Vessel (Future Philippine SSV's) - As i've read so far, the SSV's are scheduled to be delivered in 2015 and 2016(Sea trails
won't be performed at this time). The design will be based on the Indonesian Makasser-class LPD, but the ship itself will receive an indigenous
look, though.
maxdefense.blogspot.de/2013/08/finally-clearer-picture-on-philippine.html

That's all. For the moment...
I'm aware that not every of those requests may appear to be that much important to cover the wishes of a broad community. I can imagine that
getting informations about armament, sensors, engines, etc. for future developments will turn out to be very difficult and time-consuming. You
could use early computer concepts, showing installed platforms and proceed with the DB entry as more details are published (like you already do
with the X-47B).

It'll be really cool to see any (all of them even better) of those in future builds because they are, supposable, platforms I'm looking forward to
use in planned scenarios. I really appreciate considering my preferences as i know you surely got other stuff to handle!!!
Greetings

Not sure if this has been suggested yet or not (I looked but I did not find anything)...

Improvised nuclear weapon

This would actually not be hard to set up--there are plenty of smaller nukes, in the 20-kiloton range, in the DB3000 database already; what is missing is one that...

A) Can be et off at 0 meters (ground level)...
B) Will affect surface targets...AND...
C) Has no range--it's not a missile; it's an explosive charge, so it doesn't get launched; it just gets detonated. Anything nearby, including the terrorists who set it off, or the cargo ship it was smuggled into without the knowledge of the captain and the crew, will be affected by the blast.

Another aircraft for the "nice to have added someday but not critical" list...

Yakovlev Yak-130
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yakovlev_Yak-130

Described as a trainer and a light fighter, it would not be hard to see this getting used in combat missions if a country's front line aircraft had already taken serious losses. Syria, Vietnam, and Algeria all have this jet. I don't know if it would need separate entries for each country.

Another "nice to have someday" platform, but since some versions are already in the CWDB, at least getting the data for it should not be hard...

Lockheed T-33
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lockheed_T-33_Shooting_Star

Canadair CT-133 Silver Star
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadair_T-33

These mostly served as trainers, but they can carry bombs, etc., and might do well as COIN aircraft, or possibly part of a rebel air force in some parts of the world if a civil war broke out there. Most are retired, but they served in many countries through the 1990s, and Bolivia STILL operates about 30 of them.

Requesting that the Mk 29 Sea Sparrow launchers on US Nimitz-class CVNs and later LHDs from ~2008+ be modified to include RIM-162D Evolved Sea Sparrow missile. Currently none of them carry it. I believe the D variant was specifically designed for use on these ships.

Request to add more advanced Israeli ELTA etc. EW/ECM systems/pods.

I noticed that all IDF/AF combat planes use EL/L 8202 ECM pods with 80's technology. This is probably not true anymore, since Israel is one of the world leaders (if not THE leader) in area of ECM. So, this technology (EL/L 8212/22 is already in game, just not in planes it seems, but some info: http://www.iai.co.il/Sip_Storage//FILES/0/36830.pdf)

They should be at least 90's - 21st century tech or "advanced". Don't know how game uses the definitions.

Request to add:

EL/L-8247/8 Integral Self Protection Suites

Request to add the canceled USN A-12 attack aircraft. Although canceled, it would give a hypothetical CVBG a long range strike capability, something lacking in the current F/A-18-based airwing, so could be the basis for interesting hypothetical scenarios.

i have also a request for a hypothetical aircraft.

RQ-180

http://www.aviationweek.com/Article.aspx?id=/article-xml/awx_12_06_2013_p0-643783.xml

"The RQ-180 carries radio-frequency sensors such as active, electronically scanned array (AESA) radar and passive electronic surveillance measures...."

"It is similar in size and endurance to the Global Hawk, which weighs 32,250 lb. and can stay on station for 24 hr. 1,200 nm from its base...."

"A key feature of the RQ-180’s design is an improvement in all-aspect, broadband radar cross-section reduction over Lockheed Martin’s F-117, F-22 and F-35. "

"The RQ-180 could use a medium-bypass-ratio engine, similar to the modified CF34 engine eyed for early X‑47-based concepts. Its engine probably has more power than the Global Hawk’s 7,600-lb.-thrust Rolls-Royce AE3007H, to provide better altitude performance and electrical power for payload growth."
