Hey GBOATZ - I am glad you have enjoyed the scenario. I have to admit, its simplicity is due to my being new around here too. I have had great responses from everyone here how to make it work a bit better and I am re-tooling it to make it more hardy, yet remain simple and to the point (if that makes sense). Thanks for your other kind words, as well. Like I said, I am new around here and have yet to experience anything but friendly, helpful people - but I know what you mean, I have met some real winners on other boards regarding different games (non-Matrix). I have received awesome input from Stryker and Tomcat (things to add), as well as GBOATZ and Bazza (keep it simple), and I think I am going to have the changes escalate with each scenario. The idea in my head is that the Soviets have initiated war and NATO is reacting, trying to get assets in place to stave off the threat. The Soviets are also in a race to reinforce their positions. My updated list of changes are: 1) change the airbases to multiple-unit 2) change trigger for Iceland strike on carrier task force 3) change P3's radar state 4) reduce the number of Orion's in the air at the onset 5) reduce the distance for the Yankees to travel for scoring 6) edit briefing to give the player a better understanding of objectives and potential threats 7) change the AI RTB when winchester doctrine 8) beef up Flanker loadouts option, also change to the 10C or 1986 version 9) consider changing auto evasion for AI 10) consider change of available aircraft at airbases and Nimitz 11) add AEW loadouts for Hawkeyes 12) add boom tankers for Stornoway 13) need to get Strykers input listed... Some of these changes may be seen in scenario 1 and others might reveal themselves in scenario 2 and/or 3. Please keep the suggestions coming, it is really helpful as a learning tool. Thanks!
