The allied lines.

It was decided to hod the Maginot Line with the garrisons, while redeoloying the infantry. The Italian border units will hold, hoping to delay them from declaring war one more impulse.

The wooded hex is held for one more impulse to delay the remaining organized Germans from gaining another hex. The French will make them fight for every hex that they can, for as long as they can.

The Japanese move closer to Changsa, slowed by the weather.

The Germans are able to move a few units. If the weather clears and they get aanother impulse this turn, they may get one more chance to attack Brussels.

Very little took place in this impulse.

The French sent two CLs to add to the CW convoy defense.

The US landed a garrison on Pagp Pago.

Two units of the French that were still on their way to the front arrived there.

The turn did not end.

After the failed attack on Brussels two impulses ago, the Von Bock HQ reorganized one of the Stukas and an inf corps south of Brussels, in order to be able to continue moving units one at a time west where space allowed. The moves were repeated north of Brussels where the inf corps that was lost in combat allowed.

This would give the chance to make another weakened attack on Brussles if the weather cleared, which it hasn't. The Germans now have the opportunity to make a 5:1 attack in the rain should they choose to risk it.

The Germans decide not to risk the attack in the rain. WIth the campaign going so well, they will wait to reorganize the army in the next turn and continue west. Brussels will still be there when the weather clears.

There is still something amiss here with the saved oil I believe. I am not sure if it is something that I am missing or not, but I am convinced that I should have more than what I have. This is the third turn in a row.

I admit I was lax in checking the production pages this turn, but the few times that I did, everything appeared ok.

I went through the pre production phase, then broke down and watched some of the new tutorial video 13. In previous games I did not really have issues with saving oil, or so I thought. This game however has been different. I am almost certain, that I am doing something wrong. I can't put my finger on it yet, but will get it figured out before the game is over. I think I have been shooting myself in the foot as far as the German production and oil is concerned, but I really don't mind so much as this game is as much as a learning exersize as much as it is a fun game, that I have tried to play seriously.

German builds.

The engineers lost, needed to be rebuilt, and the new HQs needed to be built as well.
