Status: offline 		5 of 32 councils declared. The last one, Inverclyde, is a 49.9% / 50.1% to the no's. That's 86 votes

Overall so far - 45% Yes - 55% No

Two good wins for the No 's in East Lothian and Stirling just come through.

Overall 47% - 53%

Status: offline 		Another big win for the No's - Perth and Kinross - SNP country goes No. Very strange - I would have thought SNP territory = Scottish Independence Party would mean a big Yes vote.

What union that is will become apparent.
