The rule 13.4.1 says that heat(marked with a H in red circle) against infantry subtract 1 from the HE value but in the csv file, there is no value that say this to the game.
Explanation Tom?

Alive, just busy. I looked through everything and I think that rule got forgotten. Looking at the counters, in this time period it looks like it would only be the German rocket launchers - I think it's more common for the modern stuff? Anyway, I'll put it on the list.

Tom, always thank you for your support and sorry to bother you with my question.Anyway i hope you are busy with the development of some new title for HoS game.
Back to rule 13.4.1,there are the Panzerfaust and Panzerschreck with the H on the to hit table in the original game.Another "bug" could be the range of the mortar.On the counter is reported also a minimum range but also here there is no trace in the csv of this special feature.

The mortar min range is figured automatically from the firepower, nothing to enter for that. Though it will probably not work if you put in a completely new FP that didn't exist before.
