For those looking to try out the Windows 10 preview, make sure you know what you're getting into...

http://www.theinquirer.net/inquirer/news/2373838/microsofts-windows-10-preview-has-permission-to-watch-your-every-move

Here are just a couple interesting bits from the the privacy policy you agree to:

We may collect information about your device and applications and use it for purposes such as determining or improving compatibility" and use voice input features like speech-to-text, we may collect voice information and use it for purposes such as improving speech processing.

If you open a file, we may collect information about the file, the application used to open the file, and how long it takes any use [of] it for purposes such as improving performance, or [if you] enter text, we may collect typed characters, we may collect typed characters and use them for purposes such as improving autocomplete and spellcheck features.

So now Big Brother just comes out and tells you what he is going to do.

bit of hype tbh as it can be turned off, and it shouldn't be used as a main o/s as yet, its for testing only so you shouldn't be checking your bank account or anything else on it for that matter, so no big brother, just looking at what users are using it for etc

and its free

once it's been turned off, there is no call back, plenty of forum info everywhere about it tbh, plenty also of scaremonger as well.

it's a feature for info gathering about what and who is using the preview and what type of apps they load and use, plus reports errors and hardware etc, nothing that I'd be bothered about anyway...

and nobody forces anyone to use it, it's says if you agree to the terms etc, if not don't use, there's every ones choice, it's that simple

Zak, where is the Control/Alt/Delete button? I heard that you don't have to press all 3 to access the Start Task Manager.
