It's a terrible movie.

Which can be safely said about most movies made during a war.

Below, the PI troops muster for a counterattack.

I don't think so, the fatigues look like camo fatigues and they did not use the green shirts back then that I am aware of.

John Wayne was a draft evader.

'Back 2 Bata(a)n'!
They didn't think about sequels in those days.

I once attended a party on John Wayne's former private yacht, the Wild Goose. Very elegant vessel with a narrow beam. In the head there is a brass placard that reads "Don't put anything in here that hasn't been in your mouth first"

Original engines (with retooling and new pistons of course). Hull is wood as it was a minesweeper in its early life.

I would amend this to, "You never want your relatives to be happy". Or even, "You never want relatives". Simplifies wills and estate planning.

He also offered me this sage advice...."You never want your relatives to be happy when you die"

When my stepmother's oldest sister died, quite a few people attended the wake and the memorial service. No one cried, especially the children! I think that most people went just to make sure that she really was dead. She was.

I tried to use the P-66 as a "force multiplier". It worked!

The number of fighters lost went up by a factor of 4!
